The WildSide 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Promise

Because we know that our outdoor accessories are as good if not better than the ones that you bought recently, we are willing to offer the best guarantee in the business. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return the item for an exchange or refund. Most items are covered under our guarantee for a full year, unheard of in the outfitter industry. See our complete Guarantee for all the details.

Satisfaction Guarantee Details:

Most items we sell are covered for one full year by the WildSide Satisfaction Guarantee. When these products are used for commercial vehicles, the Guarantee is 90 days. There are a handful of exceptions, which are outlined below or on the product description pages. Only the items listed below require that you call or email us first for a return authorization. For any other item, just follow the simple return instructions on your packing slip or print a copy here.

Many of our manufacturer’s also offer generous extended warranties as noted in the product descriptions. For a copy of any manufacturer warranty please contact our customer service department.

We are unable to guarantee the life and performance of products: when used for off-road, racing or other sporting activities, if modified or used in a way other than the manufacturer’s original intent or if a product is damaged as the result of an accident or due to failure of another part.

Custom Made and Special Orders: Custom Made and Special order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. Please call us if you have a problem with any custom made or special order product so we can assist you.

Books, CDs and DVDs: Books, CDs and DVDs can be returned up to 1 year if they are in their new unopened package and are still sold by WildSide. Opened items cannot be returned.

Electronics: Please call before you return any electronic item to verify. Once opened, electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have lost your warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for a copy.

The WildSide Guarantee does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. WildSide shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.
